It is not only Psiphon and Tweakware that has handler user interface though there is an opera mini hander too but this UC mini handler just looked as our lovely vpn handlers but one interesting part of it is that it works without port.
I won't fail to thank our wonderful developer, Dzebb in his efforts in creating UC mini handler and other handlers we see on Psiphon. The guy is really a geek and must be commended for his wonderful works. Also I recognize a philipino developer that joined in creating this particular version.
UPDATE: You can now download latest UCmini handler with VPN features here to access all sites and enjoy free browsing.
UC browser and UC mini are known for their super fast downloading speed so this is another option for you to download those large files. But when it comes to browsing alone, Opera mini is always the best followed by UC browser but UC mini is not cool at all in the way it opens web pages.
CAN I USE THIS UC MINI HANDLER FOR TWEAKING?
Yes you can use it to tweak any free browsing cheat as it has the interface of Psiphon handler but the disadvantage is that it will be the only app you will use as it didn't power other apps on my phone except UC mini browser when I tested it.
